Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms & Conditions of Service ("TCS") govern chauffeur-driven transportation (VTC) services provided by MOBEELUX SAS, 78 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, RCS Paris [pending issuance], (“MOBEELUX”) for all clients, whether businesses or individuals (“Client”).
Any booking implies full acceptance of these TCS, unless an alternative written agreement is signed by both parties. MOBEELUX reserves the right to amend the TCS at any time. The applicable terms are those in force as of the booking confirmation date.
1. BOOKING & QUOTATION
1.1 Booking Request
Requests may be made by phone, email, via the mobeelux.com website, or by any method accepted by MOBEELUX. The following details must be specified:
Date, time, and pick-up/drop-off location
Stops and potential itinerary
Number of Passengers (additional info: reduced mobility, wheelchair, etc.)
Number, weight, and volume of luggage
Passenger’s phone contact details
Desired vehicle type
1.2 Quotation & Confirmation
Upon receipt of the booking request, a quotation is provided based on the Client’s information. Any modification may trigger a price adjustment.
If the Client accepts the quotation, booking must be confirmed in writing to MOBEELUX.
2. PRICING & INVOICING
2.1 Rates
Rates are detailed in the customized quotation and include:
Chauffeur service
Fuel
Professional liability insurance for passenger transportation
Applicable VAT (Value-Added Tax)
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the quotation or confirmation, rates exclude:
Highway and city tolls
Parking fees
Chauffeur meals
Entry fees to public or private sites
Refreshments, child seats, or specific requests
2.2. Additional Hours & Mileage
Any excess hours or mileage beyond the agreed terms will incur additional charges, calculated according to the current rate schedule and specified in the Client’s quotation..
2.3. Customized Services
Any bespoke request (e.g., vehicle branding, hostess services, multilingual assistance, premium beverages) will be subject to specific pricing and included in the quotation.
3. SERVICE EXECUTION
3.1. Passenger Pick-Up
Seatbelt use is mandatory for all passengers, front and rear.
Passengers must comply with safety instructions provided by MOBEELUX and/or the chauffeur.
The maximum number of occupants (including the chauffeur) cannot exceed the vehicle’s technical capacity. MOBEELUX and/or the chauffeur reserve the right to refuse
boarding to any passenger exceeding this limit.
3.2. Safety
Strict non-smoking policy applies in all MOBEELUX vehicles. A €200 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Alcohol consumption is only permitted with prior written approval from MOBEELUX.
MOBEELUX and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse transport to any passenger whose behavior threatens the safety of occupants or the vehicle.
Vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for operational purposes only. By confirming a reservation, the Client expressly consents to the use of this system strictly for service execution.
3.3 Luggage & Pets
Luggage is accepted within the technical limits of the vehicle. Dangerous or oversized items may be refused.
MOBEELUX disclaims all responsibility for the loss or damage of luggage not attributable to the chauffeur.
Pets under 6 kg are permitted - up to two - provided they are in containers no larger than 45cm × 30cm × 25cm. No other pets are allowed on board.
3.4. Subcontracting
MOBEELUX reserves the right to delegate part or all of the service execution to certified partners who uphold our premium standards.
4. MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated to MOBEELUX at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. After this period, the following charges apply:
More than 48 hours before scheduled start: No charge
Between 48 and 24 hours: 50% of total service price (incl. tax)
Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of total service price (incl. tax)
For special event periods (e.g. Fashion Week, Roland-Garros, major conferences), MOBEELUX may set specific conditions outlined in the quotation.
5. DELAYS
5.1. Chauffeur Delay
A chauffeur is considered late if not present at the scheduled pick-up time and location. In case of delay, MOBEELUX will promptly inform the Client and, if service cannot be delivered, will offer an alternative solution. If no satisfactory alternative is available, the Client may receive a refund up to the original service amount.
5.2. Client Delay
The chauffeur will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Waiting fees apply starting at 30 minutes late, per the rate schedule detailed in the quotation. After 60 minutes, the chauffeur may be released and service will be considered a “no-show,” subject to full charge.
6. PAYMENT
Full payment is required prior to service commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Union Pay), cash, or bank transfer.
Payments via American Express: A surcharge of 3% of the total service price applies.
The final invoice sent to the Client will include all services rendered plus any additional charges from modifications or special requests. Any claim must be made in writing within 8 days after service completion. After this period, no dispute will be considered.
In case of payment delay exceeding 30 days, legal penalties will automatically apply, calculated at triple the statutory interest rate, plus a €40 processing fee per unpaid invoice, pursuant to Article L441-6 of the French Commercial Code.
7. DAMAGE & LIABILITY
The Client is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or anyone accompanying them in the vehicle (excluding the chauffeur) during the service. The Client will be billed for any necessary repairs or cleaning to restore the vehicle to its proper functioning, cleanliness, and original condition.
8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
MOBEELUX collects and processes personal data required for booking management, service tracking, and invoicing in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Data Protection Act No. 78-17.
Collected data includes:
Identification details, address, phone, and electronic contact information
Payment details
Trip and geo-tracking data
Purpose of data processing:
Booking management and service confirmation
Service tracking and invoicing
Claims management
Security and fraud prevention
Data retention period:
3 years for service-related data
10 years for tax and accounting records

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the MOBEELUX website or documentation (photos, graphics, text, scripts, etc.) is the exclusive property of MOBEELUX. Any use without written consent is prohibited.
10. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These TCS are governed by French law. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the following courts:
Individual consumer: competent French courts
Business client: Paris Commercial Court
